What is the IMA Job Bank?
The IMA Job Bank is a free service available to members of the IMA and their employers. There are actually two job banks available for members to use: one maintained by the local chapter and one maintained at the national level. Employers of current IMA members may list available positions within their own company (either at the local or national level).  The national job bank allows members to place their resume on file for viewing and consideration by prospective employers. The local chapter provides a mechanism for IMA members who are currently seeking employment to be included in a candidate listing for viewing and consideration by prospective employers.

How does it work - job listings though the local chapter?
The IMA member should contact the director of employment to submit a job opening at his/her company. Job listings should be e-mailed to the director of employment.  See Board of directors tab for contact information.

  • What information should be included for the job listing?
    • Company name (blind postings will not be accepted on the local chapter site)
    • Position Title, Job Description, Qualifications/Requirements
    • Contact information and instructions to apply (link to corporate career web-site can be provided)
    • Company information (optional)
    • What does it cost?
The service is free to members and their employers.
  • How long does my file stay active?
Each job listing will remain active for roughly 90 days from the date of receipt. The listings will be purged from the site at month-end after three full months following the submittal.  For example, a listing submitted on January 20th will be purged on April 30th.  If you wish to renew your listing, simply email the director of employment prior to the purge date.  See Board of directors tab for contact information.
  • Can job listings at the local chapter be accessed via the website?
We will list job openings on this page as they become available. Please bookmark this page and check back frequently.

How does it work - candidate listings though the local chapter?

    • Link to website (optional) - for example, your LinkedIn profile  - NOTE:  The local chapter does not post resumes.  So, a link to your website is a valuable tool for prospective employers to evaluate your qualifications.
    • Contact information - phone and/or email (optional)
